These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AIFlow360 platform, including all products operated under it — currently Tapee360, XPscore360, and SMflow — together with the website at aiflow360.com (together, the “Service”). The Service is owned and operated by AITECHNIC Technology Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you (“you”, the “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AIFlow360 is a software-as-a-service platform that hosts a suite of independently purpose-built AI products for Australian small and medium businesses. Each product is a distinct application with its own functionality, accessed through a shared account and billing system:
We may add, modify, or discontinue features of any product, or add new products to the platform, at our discretion and with reasonable notice where the change materially affects your use of a paid feature.
Certain features require you to connect a third-party account — for example, a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or LinkedIn profile through SMflow, or a point-of-sale system through Tapee360. By connecting a third-party account, you:
We do not post, message, or take any action on a connected account that you have not authorised through the Service's own controls.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with notice where reasonably practicable.
The Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is owned by AITECHNIC Technology Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create or upload through the Service (such as photos, business information, or post copy). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and — where you direct us to via a connected integration — publish that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take reasonable steps to maintain uptime and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate or suitable for your purposes without your own review. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AITECHNIC Technology Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any action taken by a third-party platform (such as content removal or account restriction) in response to content published through a connected integration. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the relevant product, in which case we will provide reasonable notice where practicable. On termination, your right to access the Service ends, and any connected third-party authorisations are revoked.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, legal requirements, or business practices. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and where changes are material, we will provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
